A man is “ambushed” by kittens when he stops on the side of the road to save one

As kids, we all wanted to get ahead in life, which meant getting more attention from our parents or money to buy sweets. To get what we wanted, we did some sneaky things. As the youngest cousin, I was always told to go up to the parents and ask for toys or permission to play. Using the youngest child is a great plan that always works.

It seems like all of these kittens had the same idea. A person was walking down an empty street when a man in a car saw him and pulled over. He had no idea that saving one kitten would help him save 12 more.

Before we get into the details, I want to strongly ask you to upvote the story about the cute kitten, share your thoughts in the comments, and follow the author for more good news content.

A man was going to a shooting range when he saw a small black-and-white kitten walking along the road. Then what did he do? He had to stop to save it, of course.

A man named Robert Brantley was going to a shooting range in Louisiana after a long day at work when he saw something on the road. Robert couldn’t just drive by what looked like a tiny black-and-white kitten.

He got out of his car and went over to see what was going on. The little cat came running up to him.

The man, whose name was Robert, looked at the small kitten that had run up to him. He didn’t know what was going to happen next.

When he saw something move in the grass by the road, Robert picked up the kitten and carefully looked at it. When a dozen kittens ran at him like a pack of velociraptors, the man was caught off guard. Tell me what it means, if you know.

“No, there aren’t… In an Instagram video, you can hear him say, “Oh my gosh!” as the cats continue to nudge and meow at his ankles. “I can’t deal with all of you. Oh my gosh. Holy crap, there’s more! We got a kitten problem.”

“Oh no, there are… Oh my God!” Twelve kittens attacked the man at the same time. They were like a pack of velociraptors coming at him.

The best deal of the day was to buy one kitten and get 12 more for free. The kittens pushed Robert’s legs and meowed at his ankles.

He wasn’t sure if he should take them all in because he and his family already had pets, but he didn’t want to leave them behind. So, Robert took in 13 homeless people and raised them as his own. He made a joke in another Instagram post about how “the tactical Honda was not ready for this.”

“I wasn’t ready for the kittens, I was just blown away,” he told NPR about the time. The 37-year-old man said it made him sad to think that the kittens had been left on the side of the road when they were too young to take care of themselves. If that hadn’t happened, the kittens wouldn’t have been so friendly and eager to meet a person.

Nolo says that in most states, it is against the law to leave an animal behind. Even though it is against the law to leave an animal in a public place or anywhere else without taking care of it, this law is hard to enforce because there are often no witnesses.

That day, the kittens kept jumping out of the door, so the man put them all in his Honda through an open window.

In the second video he posted, some of the kittens were already exploring the back of his car, while others were trying to look at everything in the front. Robert wrote in the caption how he saved the kittens: “When I put one in, two would jump out. I couldn’t keep up with them. So I had to close the door, roll down the window, and herd them in. In fact, that would have made a good video.”

But despite all the problems, he was able to find the kittens. He made it his goal to find good homes for each of them, but first he was going to “fatten them up.”

He figured out that someone must have left the kittens on the side of the road when they were too young to take care of themselves.

Even though he wasn’t ready at first, he fed, housed, and took them to the vet for checkups for all of them.

People who like kittens noticed the video right away. Before it was shared on several social media accounts, the original video had 924K views. On Twitter and TikTok, millions of people have seen and liked the video. A version shared by Lauren René Allen with the caption “Why don’t things like this ever happen to me?” has been seen more than 32 million times and has gone viral.

Robert put the original video on his Instagram page, where it was quickly picked up and shared, getting millions of views.

After the kittens became famous, Robert’s wife, Courtney, made a TikTok account to share news about them, while Robert kept posting on Instagram.

People can watch the kittens play, take pictures, and bathe in a small inflatable pool that Robert made for them.

After the kittens became famous, Robert’s wife, Courtney, made a TikTok account to share news about them, while Robert kept posting on Instagram. In one video, Codi Pig, the dog they rescued, was hanging out with the kittens. Courtney said that Codi Pig had grown very attached to the kittens and was almost like their new mother.

The kittens are also seen playing, having little photo shoots, and bathing in a small blow-up pool that Robert made for them. “The kittens are doing great and are enjoying the warm breeze as they dry off,” he wrote in the video’s description. “Keep an eye out for more plans for these babies. Please be patient with me as I still have a lot to learn about this.”

He was determined from the start to find each of the 13 kittens a happy new home, and with thousands of applications coming in, it won’t be hard.

People weren’t just interested in the story and 72K people started following her on TikTok because of this. People have offered supplies and help, and thousands of people have said they want to take the cats in. “To be honest with you,” he told NPR, “it blows my mind that so many people reach out and want to do good.”

Most of the kittens are now waiting for their new owners, but a few of them need a little extra care from the vet. He said, “We found some good people in the area who want them, and I know they are all good and won’t do anything bad with them.”

Two of the puppies have already been adopted, and they will now live in Alexandria, LA. Some people are still being looked at.

The first two people to be adopted were Michael Scott and Nala. They went to Alexandria, LA, to live with a family. Robert wrote in the caption of the Instagram photo, “I’m glad they found a good home, but I’m sad to see them go.”

“The others need to be checked out more and do other things. Champ is back, but every day he has to take medicine. The story continues.”

Robert said, “I want people to know that even though there is a lot of bad in the world, there are also a lot of good people doing good things without wanting to be noticed.”

Because of his job and interests, some people were worried about Robert. “Some people don’t like the fact that I work in the gun business. A lot of people have said things like, “Wow, I’m surprised you’re not more violent,” or “It’s good to see you still care about people and stuff,” which I’m very thankful for.

Robert wants everyone in the world to feel love and compassion. He says, “I want people to know that no matter where they are or how much bad they see in the world, there are still a lot of people, not me, doing good things and not doing them for attention.”

They’ve talked about how they can help each other get through this, and we wish them the best.

The couple gave their PayPal information, a mailing address, and an Amazon wish list to people who want to help the kittens. If you want to help Robert and his kittens with money, you can find all the information you need here.

We hope that all of the kittens are happy, healthy, and well. We also wish the Brantley family well and thank them for being kind and helpful to these little animals.
